      Was lied to first day of recruitment, was told payment was weekly wrong, was told as delivery driver certain delivery a day wrong

      Pros

      Being a growing company everyone is eager to help each other out and keep the company growing. They are always trying new things and if they work they keep it if it doesn't they'll try something new.

      Cons

      Not so much a downside but with a growing company wages for the Delivery Drivers only starts at $12/hr and no Real raises until after a year and thats only .25-.50 cents. So you get a good Driver and its hard to keep them very long as there is other jobs out there that pay more.
