Pros

Flexible work schedule, working with photography and newborns, fast paced, easy to learn computer system, day flies by quickly, nice co-workers

Cons

Their "fallback" rate of minumun wage is too low for the sales goals they expect. Even if you sell large packages daily and reach the 20% commision rate, most likely you'll make $8-9/hour.

Pros

My Manager for 5 years was exceptional. She was tough but fair. Approachable and supportive. She went the extra step and from me she got extra effort.

Cons

When I had to take Family Leave...I also needed to transfer within the company. My manager at that time had retired and a new one had taken over all of 2 weeks at the time I took a leave following 5 years of working for them. I thought they were a good company and realized that the Mothers had families too...but I learned that the new manager spoke ill of me unfairly and I never got the transfer completed and was ignored by the new Manager where I moved to. This is how I was treated following 5 years of being a good employee.

Pros

The people I work with are fun and great to be around. We are always helping each other out with a problem. They know their stuff.

Cons

No one has had a raise in ten years. No holiday pay when we work on a holiday. Upper management doesn't acknowledge any of the good work we do. They don't always inform us of things we need to know to help us do our job correctly, mostly because they are always changing their minds about one thing or another, and when something does go wrong, they blame us for something we didn't even know about. Upper management doesn't seem to know what they are doing.
