Pros

Working only morning/afternoon shifts Great relationships with hospital staff Unlimited water/ice chips Interacting with cute babies and meeting families Exploring your creativity

Cons

Meeting some rude nurses that don’t like you for no reason. Especially when you ask for the census for the day and they just completely ignore you. (The issues with one of the hospitals) To add onto this I find it unethical to be “pushy” with sessions when parents have declined for pictures several times. Also, this company cares about their profits over the #1 priority, is the health &safety of the mom and baby. Either mom is not feeling well/ baby is under the light. Especially when some families have expressed they have no money to purchase pictures and still forced to sell them something. Finally, the commission was a joke.
