Committed to EHS and Continuous Improvement at all levels. Excellent training and resources to further learning. Good performance feedback system. Opportunities for interaction and best practice sharing across different sites.

Cons

Being a large, global organization, the details for the site based goals are not as clear as the larger company goals. Alignment between commercial, operations and technology could be improved,

A few good hearted people left. Very safety oriented.

Cons

Management often uses their positions to bully workers. Unprofessional & uncaring. Medical benefits are worse by the year. No Leadership. No teamwork. No appreciation. Managers have hired personal friends who seem to be exempt from the rules. Favoritism is blatant. Any issues brought to management are quickly dismissed with a "that's just how it is" or " i`m sorry you feel that way." Pretty much a miserable place to work anymore.
