decent pay, relaxed work environment, great employees, somewhat flexible hours if needed, yearly cost of living increase
Cons
HR has no empathy for employees, policies change drastically to benefit the company rather than employees, disability coverage is not enough to survive an extended leave of absence, no longer promote from within, once you reach a certain pay grade that is it.
