      Pros

      Relatively good compensation and Benefits in capital region.

      Cons

      The company struggled financially for years after it was sold out by GE. There were couple of reorganization during last 5 years, but seems not helpful.

      So many years of low expectations mean that it's difficult for people to believe that we could be an outstanding company if we took missed deliveries or quality issues more seriously.

      Pros

      Really great experience that gives you real world experience prior to entering. Their rotational program is exceptional and even better if you want to transition to a full time role. Pay was above average than most other internships in the Albany area.

      Cons

      Location and working on a chemical plant devalued excitement towards physically coming to work everyday.
