      Challenging place to work, with a number of issues making a career there unlikely

      Pros

      Select staff are terrific. Diverse issues and large plant make getting a varied work experience easy. Interesting product line.

      Cons

      Leadership has no clear vision. Antiquated plant needs cash infusion that will never come. Incompetence is rewarded, hard work is scrutinized and rejected. Safety is only important on the surface - leadership is clueless how to institute a robust safety program. Union members languish over issues from the past.

      Was close to home that's about it.

      Cons

      To many clueless Managers running the plant . EHS leadership is a joke. Everyone is running scared and the decision making shows it.
