- Focus on Safety - Good management , sticks to their promise as per my experience - Great ambience to work - Work Life balance - Right opportunities for the right people - Lot of career opportunities

Cons

- Deviation in merit cycle should have been avoided - Being a global company, Managers need to work with their employees closely (Just work being done on time in not the measurement of team's success check attrition rate of the team)
