      Some very capable and skilled people but most of them left

      Cons

      - Very bad health insurance - Upper management doesn't communicate anything, for example a big restructuring took place a month ago and we only know who lost their job by getting undeliverable email replies when trying to contact them - A lot of secret agendas everywhere - It is expected you work weekends for so-called urgent work and when you try to get one day back they count it as vacation

      Friendly Colleagues Product Based Subsidized Food/Transport No Work

      Outdated Technology Cost Cutting Everywhere - Layoff in US, Delay in Pay Revision for APJ Employees, No 100% Bonus, Cheating on Salary HR and Managers mouth expands till ears when they speak. They do not offer you anything but expect you to work long. Layoff happens only to Employees and not to Top level Managers in the name of cost-cutting.
