      Pros

      Pay and absolutely nothing else.

      Cons

      The management is all about negatives. They don't appreciate their employees. The company was ok starting out. But has really went down hill. They don't fix equipment which just makes your job tougher. They don't listen to employees about safety. They're literally running a plant into the ground.

      Pros

      Really interesting and diversified types of projects and work assignments. Company is investing in reliability and new products and units. Lots of push to innovate, automate and modernize. Development and support is plentiful.

      Cons

      So many opportunities can be overwhelming at times. Older plant growing out of underinvestment creates daily challenges. Seems like leadership focus on reliability and long term viability is strong and creates constant change.
