      Good people Good products Pay is reasonable

      Cons

      Management forces a narrative and doesn’t want to hear about anything outside of it. Dangerous way to run a company as all problems are ignored. Promotions usually not merit based, but around how well you know/interact with people.

      Pros

      The focus on growth as a company and as a professional contributor is the greatest strength of an organization. Management is open and encourages creativity and exploring new ideas. Exposure to projects and collaboration with others has allowed me to grow tremendously on a personal and professional level.

      Cons

      The lack of standardization is hard to manage at times.
