      Working / Choosing a best place to work it's not only going to keep you satisfied, but it can boost your career as well. Momentive (GE Silicon) a great company is usually defined by its culture, having that name on your resume will undoubtedly enhance your brand.

      supportive leader, good regional exposure, non micro-managing environment and culture

      Cons

      some office politics in some sites are unavoidable, could be mitigated by HR support and involvement however it has its own challenges as not all offices are equipped with HR personnel
