      Pros

      Ability to change things for the positive regardless of position if it will improve results. Fast moving Lots of responsibility Most of decisions are based on logic Great people Lot's of markets to grow in Chemistry is unique

      Cons

      Lots of problems to solve....opportunity for those willing to tackle them, but definitely few good and fixed processes Sometimes near term focused rather than longer term Friction between functions and businesses because they tend to be siloed Too many chefs, not enough cooks
