Cons

Employee recruitment problem, select the wrong employee just because advision from ex-employee without knowledge and experiences in the position and business then when they create the politic and impeach other without evident, the management who chose them believed well.

It is a multinational company with sites around the world so you have the possibility of international business exposure.

Cons

After Chapter 11, it is without clear strategic direction coming from senior management besides "make the numbers". Very short term focused. Micro-management and control is the way to operate at Momentive.

Able to learn a lot, fast. Aggressive accounting knowledge, and people skills are developed fast. There's many opportunities to communicate with higher management.

Cons

Too profit driven, without much op for job development. Turnover rate is high and political culture comes into play. Being hostile gets you places
