Working at Momentive takes place on an extremely international set up with profound cultural diversity. Highly experienced and knowledgeable co-workers, especially in R&D, generating lots of great ideas and projects. Company will respect work life balance of it's employees.

Cons

Volatile business field with strong competition and overcapacity worldwide. Financial vulnerable, spending is short. Company is still in the middle of a restructuring turmoil, trying to come up with a unified culture. Legacy GE heritage still strong in many sites.

I was fresher for Momentive, but it was good experience because there you can learn all in one place.

Cons

The credits doent go to the hard workers!!! always it lying in the top management!!!
