Appreciate you taking the time to reply and recognizing the improvements we have made in our internal systems. We would never take advantage of any situation to justify less pay or benefits. We actually took the very opposite positions and were fortunate enough to be able to offer hundreds of spot bonuses in March to recognize the incredible work people did throughout the pandemic - but you didn't know about it at the time you wrote this, so it makes sense. I'd like to understand more about your comment on success being penalized. If you would be comfortable emailing or pinging me on teams I would love to look into this. SC, COO
