      Pros

      Helping customers fulfill their missions of social good and change is fulfilling. The company is getting progressively better organized, with better tools and process. Better oppertunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Improving involves change and hard work, and we're in the middle of it for sure.

      Pros

      Coworkers are driven and passionate. Some of the best people I know!

      Cons

      This company is run on all numbers, no investment in the people. Each department has trouble backfilling or lobbying for more help when the employees are drowning and stressed out. It’s not a sustainable business model. No training, no culture, 401k isn’t great, morale is super low and it’s sad how hard everyone works but with no end in sight. Very low pay, everyone is doing 5 different roles everyday.

      2020 was full of big changes and a lot of people juggled multiple responsibilities. I think there were places where it took longer than it should have to get a position approved or new people hired. Quite a bit of that was in marketing. I'm really sorry where that impacted you and created a lot of stress. I'll take your feedback to heart and check in with our marketing teams to make sure we've got enough help. I also get your comment about executives - some of that was to make sure we had the people who would ensure we have the right tools, right onboarding, and resources.       Great peers and invested team leadership

      Pros

      The culture and people are the biggest benefit of working here. Almost everyone wants to support one another and do good work and there are very few politics and toxic behavior. There seems to be a lot going on and projects are fast paced, but almost everyone is kind, supportive of each other and collaborate to get work done. Management is clearly putting effort into making sure we have what we need to be successful, have opportunity for growth and feel a part of the big picture.

      Cons

      As I mentioned before the pace is fast and sometimes changes based on decisions from leadership. This can be stressful, and it helps to hear why decisions are made from executive leadership and could hear that more often.
