5yThank you for leaving a review. Employee retention and morale is something we care a lot about and prioritize as a team. I will spend more time looking at the overtime budget for Client Services and help make sure people are getting a better balance as we are having a big year.

5yThanks for sharing your feedback. You are right, we can do more training and provide better support for our SDR teams. We did roll out a lot of improvements this Spring, along with better career pathing whereas we want SDRs to have an opportunity to move to Account Executive roles after a certain amount of time.
