Pros

Transformation is happening throughout the business world. And we see it at Community Brands too. The company is bringing new solutions to market that are truly transforming the way purpose-driven organizations achieve their missions. At the same time, the company itself has undergone an exciting transformation and continues to evolve. Community Brands is both young and well-established. It is made up of teams and organizations that have been serving associations, nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations for decades, but the company transformed in recent years with growth coming from new products and acquisitions. Over 2,700 employees now serve over 100,000 customers, with both revenues and office locations also rapidly growing. It’s been a very dynamic, rewarding experience. But the best part of all is seeing what a difference we have made for our customers, organizations that are vital to the communities in which we live and work. As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations, I want to provide this note with some additional insight into the company’s journey. All good outcomes and anything worth achieving required hard work and perseverance, and for Community Brands, this transformation have led to both. I see a variety of comments within Glass Door, and it is understandable that this process will both generate excitement as well as frustration for employees. Change is not always easy, but it is motivating to see where the company is today and the impact we are making in the world. Employees have been and will continue to be at the heart of the company’s future. Many new programs have rolled out within the past couple of months, and others will continue to roll out – all focused on creating a rewarding and engaging experience for employees. I am proud of the transformation work we have done in the industry, for our customers, and within the company. Thank you as a HR Leader for sharing an overview of what's going on at Community Brands! Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, is quoted as saying "change is the only constant in life." We ARE amidst change at Community Brands and we are thriving in it.

Pros

The work culture that has been fostered by the senior leaders and developed by staff is very impressive. The St Pete office functions like a family, and in my short time in the role have received support from staff at all levels during the on-boarding process. CB is clearly a very forward thinking and developing company, which presents lots of exciting opportunities within the tech solutions space.

Cons

Because the company has grown so rapidly it has clearly presented some challenges across different offices. I am pleased to see that CB has recognized this and are making strides at rolling out company wide initiatives to bring everyone together.
