      A company focused on change and growth

      Pros

      I have only been working for this company for 6 months but the people and culture are wonderful. The company is fast paced and change is a constant, for me that makes my days fly and I can be impactful without running into a lot of red tape. We are growing and adapting to a new environment and our leadership team is pushing us to be better in so many ways.

      Cons

      Harder to meet teams from other offices.

      The place to grow and make a difference

      Pros

      - Approachable, Caring Executive Team - some employees don’t see this side everyday, but the decisions made and vision outlined is always well thought out. The executive leadership works hard to put employees and customers first. - People- I’ve never experienced such a determined hardworking group of individuals in my career. All teams come to work focused and care so much about the success of clients and co-workers. There are very little politics and a happy teamwork environment. - Work/life balance- managers understand all life events and circumstances and want you to be happy as an individual. -Opportunity- If you want responsibility and will take initiative, this is the best place to grow and learn. There are ample opportunities daily to expand your skill set and be involved on cross functional teams.

      Cons

      Some employees feel disconnected to the greater purpose but all they have to do is ask the right leaders! They will share the information and ask but you have to be willing to take charge of your own interests sometimes. Not everyone has this mentality or the courage to speak up so it can be seen as a negative. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

      The CEO and Executive Staff are exceptional! They genuinely care about the long-term success of the company and employees! Open PTO, employer contribution for 401K, health benefits and more!

      Nothing to mention. In every work environment, you have to be willing to accept change.
