      Not world changing or as progressive as these other reviews lead, beware.

      Pros

      The flexibility is a real pro. Work from home, vacation time, etc. The people are great to work with, and make the environment worth it.

      Cons

      Grossly underpaid - did not see a pay increase when there was a significant role change/almost 2 years at work. No real opportunities for growth or advancement, and even growth within your department often does not come with a pay raise, just a title change. The CEO is constantly acquiring companies, which is incredibly frustrating to watch. Employees are wanting to be shown they are valued and have worth, but his investment is in other outside companies, not in his current companies and employees.

      Thanks for your feedback - Hopefully you were able to attend our "All Hands" company meeting this week and heard about our focus on organic growth and slowing acquisitions. We continue to be excited about the future! We do have several employee priorities we have focused on this year inclusive of goal setting and career mapping, continued culture work to bring all our locations together and unify them (the rally was done at a minimal expense with our own platform), and our pay-for-performance culture. We have seen many promotions of team members this year - we had 8 promotions throughout the US just last week. That does spur a thought, however, as we don't always publicize these promotions well, so we should work on that. Please continue to communicate to your HRBP and Manager on your needs to best support you here.

      Good Enterprise Product, large portfolio

      Cons

      Management has very high opinion of themselves, and no idea what to do with the products or employees. Management does not value loyalty, and only looks at salaries of employees.

      A big thank you for your contributions during your years with the company. You were here during a period of significant growth and transformation. And yes, the enterprise portfolio you referenced truly became much larger and more integrated during that time. Community Brands is now regarded as the leading provider of software and payment solutions to association, nonprofit, school, and faith-based organizations.

      Individual brands are great but the company as a whole lacks culture and doesn't seem to care much about its employees

      Pros

      I worked for both Pathable and Core-Apps. The managers and the teams within both brands are great! They do a great job of creating an engaging work culture while still working in a remote setting. The managers are willing to help and step in when necessary and do a great job providing their employees with resources to help manage clients.

      Cons

      Community Brands as a whole has been laying off people in the masses. They failed to implement changes such as pivoting their virtual events platform, Pathable, back to its original set up after COVID lightened up and people wanted to go back in person, leading to decreased sales and eventual layoffs of key team members. These layoffs lead to overloading their remaining employees with clients and not providing the resources necessary to make them successful. When employees are laid off they are not given any time to handoff clients leaving the remaining employees to clean up the mess.
