      Extremely underpaid staff Bad management from top to bottom High turnover resulting to remaining staff picking up the work with overtime

      Unlimited PTO. Good Coworkers. Remote Positions.

      Cons

      Underpaid. I was making $62,000 at Community Brands. Today I was offered the exact same position at a different company for $75k. Massive round of layoffs with no reason given.

      Without a doubt the worst run company I have ever been a part of. Closed door leadership with only an interest in protecting their positions.

      I am so sorry, this sound like a complete disconnect for you. If you wanted to send me an email and let me know if it was C-suite closed door experience or levels of leadership I would really appreciate it. None of us have doors anymore since we’re choosing to stay remote and I want to figure out how we signal “door is open” without having doors. You may not want to do that, I get it, but I want to ask just in case your willing to share so we can do right by our people. SL - CEO
