      Unlimited PPTO, free coffee, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Extremely understaffed, unrealistic expectations. Abysmal 401k matching. Zero bonuses. Absolutely zero incentive to stay.

      You've seen a lot of change over the last year, including a lot of budget discipline and that has paid off in a lot of healthy ways that you should be seeing. Some of the delays in backfilling were worrying me too and we've added a lot to the recruiting resources both for backfills and for added staff.       You'd better be personally close to someone in Management if you expect a long career here!

      Pros

      Work from home, unlimited PPTO... although tough to take advantage of since you must always input your own sales daily in order to receive credit.

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant! Unless you'r related to, or friend with someone in Management, don't expect a long career here, regardless of performance! Was laid off after 3 years of consistently meeting or exceeding quota!

      Great office and nice coworkers

      Cons

      They let their clients treat you poorly. Say and do anything. Spit on people, say mean things. They don’t give raises. They will keep any client even if it’s not morally right.
