      Micromanage, pay is low, work life balance can be a bit tricky, no sympathy

      Pros

      Love working remotely, working with different leadership teams and managers, and to learn and grow with a great organization. At Community Brands all teams are collaborative, team players, open/ free to ask questions, make suggestions, and feel you have made a difference everyday.

      Cons

      No cons, its a fun and fast paced environment with great opportunities to grow a career with.

      Pros

      Some of the great perks include: Unlimited PTO (That actually can take!) Work-life balance Remote First Collaborative partners Caring leaders

      Cons

      The only con that comes to mind is that there can be some challenges when working across multiple brands and micro-cultures but I enjoy the challenge. For those of us who are solution oriented, this tends to be welcomes rather than a con.
