On the benefits, we were able to increase our 401k match for the second year in a row. We are now offering 100% match of your contribution up to 2% of your salary. In addition, we took every measure available to us to decrease (or at a minimum not increase) the benefit premiums in 2022; and, we will continue to explore ways to enhance our benefits to make the employee experience even better.       Time given for completing the projects is somewhat disconnected from reality.

      Making a difference.

      Pros

      This company is truly great to work for. Work/Life balance is important and they prove this. The fact that they are willing to work with you to overcome individual schedule conflicts is just one example. I also feel like I am helping make a difference.

      Cons

      Commission pay is a little hard to get used to after coming from a salary job, but there is also an hourly wage to help soften that blow.
