Thank you for your feedback. Given your 3-4 year tenure with the company, I'd love to get more perspective on your comments and where you see areas for us to improve. Personally, I very much appreciate our employees and the priveledge we have in serving our non-profit and education customers. If that doesn't come across in our communications or actions, I definitely would like to know more. I have been with Community Brands 5+ years now and also came through acquisition, which brings with it a rollercoaster ride of change. Mix Bag of Pros and Cons

Pros

Remote friendly, many good people, opportunity for growth depending on the product division and your drive, good pay depending on your level and job function

Cons

Still going through growing pains from acquisitions. Have a over simplification problem with certain management. Vision for particular products are very lacking. Passive usage of Agile methodology. With moderate turnover, back fill issues and promotion of unqualified personnel increases issues with management.
