We know that current employees read this and we want to say publicly here that we are hiring, growing, and exceeding the expectations of our board. There are a small number of businesses where the needs have shifted, but this is a tiny number.
I know that isn’t any solace if you are the person impacted. I also don’t want people who are working here to be worried. On the policy changes – yes, there are. We’re consciously moving our ops and our culture to be more people centric. We’ll keep working on getting better at communicating those policy changes so we’ll keep working at it – thank you for sharing that feedback so we know we aren’t there yet.
