      I love my coworkers and always find everyone willing to help make the best client experience. Their benefits package is great.

      Cons

      Recently went through acquisitions and they are working to hire people who were lost due to the pandemic.

      Great Management and Work Environment

      Pros

      Great work/life balance and the flexible PTO policy is great when you need to take a day off here and there. I have the utmost respect for both managers. They are supportive and always willing to help when needed. As stressful as sales can be, the managers rarely let their stress trickle down to their team members, which is huge when you already have the stress of hitting quota and daily metrics. I have worked at a few places before Community Brands and have never seen colleagues be more supportive of others. I am grateful for the opportunities Community Brands has given me and the relationships formed with colleagues.

      Cons

      Some days the call/email metrics are hard to reach when trying to keep up with employer’s constant requests — once you fall behind a couple days, it’s hard to make up.

      Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and I really appreciate the balance. We have a lot of things right and taking care of our people is always top of mind. I am pleased you found the "community" in Community Brands and hopefully built some relationships that will last a long time. Always hard to tailor metrics to meet individual circumstances as they largely focus on department and role. That said you should never feel your metrics are unobtainable and would be a worthy conversation with your manager on what can be done to help bridge the gap. SC, COO
