you will gain great experience working in the mental health field. opportunity to work with some talented people. excellent benefits. lots of room to grow and promote. there are a variety of programs and you can transfer between them to gain a variety of experience

Cons

some of the people who work there are just there for the paycheck and/or are not all that intelligent. That can be frustrating when trying to collaborate.
