Flexible schedule Good people Nice facility Nice benefits (unlimited PTO policy) Interesting projects Supportive managers

Cons

Too much spending on unnecessary hardware and equipment. Too many PHD people when most of the work can be done by engineers with a bachelor's degree. Engineers are often overworked because management laid off too many people and can't afford to hire more engineers. Inability to get more people onboard within a reasonable time. Employees constantly frustrated with different things VERY LOW retention rate
