Pros

The people were cool. It was trying to transition out of the startup phase while I was there so there was still a lot of flexibility when it came wo who was responsible for what which was nice for where I was in my career at the time.

Cons

Upper management had a very ambitious timetable. That didn't leave a lot of time for the appropriate amount of documentation to happen which lead to issues.
