HR is untrustworthy. Couldn’t talk to them about issues. Too many ex-military officers that didn’t have skills needed for their roles. Women left the company like the plague, not an inclusive environment for women. They don’t care about employees, only managers matter to them. Praises usually go to the team managers. No concrete vision up and down the management chain. Often overly optimistic news about company success.

Lack of prioritization on projects, stock equity is a joke, very slow hiring, engineers used as technicians to build vehicles, management avoids having hard conversations with employees, unmotivated and incompetent project leads, turnover rate is very high , dirty and disorganized laboratories, hardworking employees are used to do the work of others even if it is not their project
