Too much flexibility leads to a lack of focus Leaderships are often based on academic achievement. Meaning you're an automatic leader if you're a PhD. This often leads to inefficiency as many lack leadership experience. Some PhDs are also often very cocky know-it-all. You will need to learn how to maneuver politically to make sure that best things are done for the company, not for their "expert" preference. Don't expect work life balance in the next couple of years. The company is expanding rapidly and requires the best out of everyone, 24/7.

Very deceptive interview process with no mention of it being commission only based work. Posted work hours are not respected, and employees are expected to work after end time. Extremely unprofessional and rude company culture. I would not recommend this job to anyone.
