      Would prefer a 401k match, wages could be much better.

      We do have great people, don't we? There must be a reason we hired you, after all! The 401k is a tough one and I'm sure a lot of people would agree with you. Profit sharing is what we offer as an alternative, but thank you for that feedback, I will certainly pass along your suggestion. Keep up the great work!
