Cons

Management can be a little over stressed at times, but for the most part, working with upper management is rewarding. They take care to listen to concerns from employees to make any necessary changes.

I've worked for Monarch for almost 2 years now and I have found that they are very supportive, offer great training, and are awesome with showing their appreciation to their employees. The owner is down to earth and easy to talk to and my regional manager is always available to teach, support, coach and mentor, even with her busy schedule. The company does great team building events to show their appreciation and even give you a paid day off for your work anniversary! Who does that? Pretty neat.

Cons

I'd like to see a match for the 401k.
