      Pros

      I love that the upper management is so involved, I feel like they care about my work. I love that they listen to us and ask for suggestions to make Monarch the best company to work for. They have competitive wages and great benefits and so many tools for employees to use to make their jobs easier. I am still new to the company and have been with them for about 4 months, but cannot see myself leaving anytime soon. I love my job and the team that I work with.

      Cons

      Any cons I have are on-site related and have nothing to do with the actual management group.

      Growing companies are an exciting place to be right now! Opportunity for growth, and upward mobility.

      With expansion comes some growing pains, in addition to the excitement. This can result in undefined roles and expectations, which can be frustrating.

As our growth has come quickly, we do have an opportunity to better outline some of our policies and procedures.       Absolutely love coming to work!

      Pros

      We are given the freedom to manage the property with our residents, employees and fiscal responsibilities all in mind. We have an amazing support staff in Denver who cuts out so much auditing for us. The new Employee Relations department is fantastic at keeping us motivated. Everyone I've met has been friendly and the perks are great. I've referred friends to openings with Monarch many times!

      Cons

      I wish we had an IT department closer to us in Michigan.
