I've been in the multi-family housing industry for almost 15 years...and It isn't for the faint of heart. But the owner/management company can make it worth while or make it miserable. This is the first company I've worked for that shows respect for the onsite teams and builds a company wide team culture. (Yes, that really is possible!) The ways they encourage upward growth for the current team members before hiring outside of the company creates a real sense of job security. Working for and with such an empowering company made a life long Monarch team member out of myself.
