Monarch is an EXCELLENT company and unique in their practices that make for an awesome experience. They actually care about employees and residents alike. Monarch believes in rewarding employees for hard work and sharing ideas. They are not stagnant, if something isn't working they listen and change it! You will work hard and have fun at the same time. Be prepared to work with the brightest and the best in the industry. If you are looking for a long term career and want to be recognized for your contributions - Monarch is the company for you! Senior management is engaged with the staff, and are improving training opportunities to grow their teams. Monarch also invests in the latest technologies to assist operations and has greatly improved communication with on-site staff. The culture at Monarch is more like a family. Management is down to earth, no stuffy egos. The owner and senior management are passionate about providing the best experience possible for employees and the residents. This is one of the greatest companies I have worked for, and sincerely enjoyed my experience.
Cons
Monarch has grown so rapidly, there are certain to be "growing pains". Monarch recognizes this and works hard at alleviating stress and provide extra support. There are no real "cons", only areas that keep getting better as they continue to bring on talented people. As processes and procedures become more standardized, employees feel more stable in their career path. You will NOT regret joining Monarch!
