      Pros

      Small company feel- Upper level management KNOW who you are and have an open door with any comments or concerns (good and bad). Great compensation as well as medical benefits- company pays almost all of it for basic medical plan, dental for employees is free, low rates for other areas! Great opportunities to grow with the company. Upper management stresses the importance of working hard but employees are rewarded FULLY for the dedication and efforts put forth every day.

      Cons

      Growing very quickly- not as much support in training in some areas, lots of changes (good things) but you have to be willing and able to be open to the change.

      Pros

      Monarch fosters an environment of growth, not only for the company as a whole, but for individual employees. The company provides endless opportunities to all employees. Your career at Monarch will be what you want to make of it.

      Cons

      I do not see any true "cons". This is a growing industry and a career is available for those willing to learn and work hard.

      Pros

      Monarch Investment continues to impress me after a decade of employment. Astonishing growth opportunities, stability, benefits and leadership are just a few concrete examples to pursue employment. The employee relations department continues to go above an beyond, while upper Management diligently strives to assist in all ways possible. The on-site staff are dedicated and hard working. Monarch Investment is a hands on, team working machine. I am proud to be associated with such amazing people.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, the expansion of specific training departments with the flexibility to travel.
