I cannot think of a single positive thing to say about the company or any of its employees at all. Negative experience from the start.

Cons

As others have mentioned, upper management is horrible. They don't listen to the concerns of those who are pretty much lining their pockets. That's all its about to them. Compared to other property management companies the pay is lacking. The staff are poorly trained and unprofessional, being in the industry for many years I can say Monarch was my least favorite company to work for, why? Because they aren't about housing needs. They are about investments as the name implies. No concern for residents or their needs. Which is unfair in property management, because you're providing someone with the most basic of needs. The foundation of this company is all wrong.

This is my fourth property management company to work for and by far the best! When the employees speak, Monarch listens! Excellent benefits, salary and People. Monarch's mission is to be the best multi-family company in the business and we strive daily to achieve!

Cons

No cons for Monarch, but this industry is tough in general.
