I have the incredible opportunity to work for this company. I truly have nothing bad to say about anything. I can be myself, be creative and they appreciate that. The owners do not feel as if they are "Above" or "Better" than anyone which I truly admire. They promote within which is awesome and I am a example of that coming from a Leasing Manager to Regional Recruiter. Along the way many different employees of Monarch have gone above and beyond to help me succeed and that is something I do not take for granted. I have a CAREER with Monarch. I am hoping by reaching out to others with the page I can do what I would have wanted someone to do for me. Offer me an opportunity to make a career out of an industry that I can grow with. If you are looking for something new or different or are still in school and not sure what you want to do this company is the real deal and now is the time to get on board! Monarch offers very competitive pay, after 90 days of employment medical/dental benefits, paid holidays off/ and paid time off for personal, additional training classes we can help pay for, tool reimbursement for maintenance, 401K, housing discounts 20% off for an apartment if you need/want housing, and most importantly a company that wants you to succeed. I have never been with a company that each year sits down with their employees and gives them an annual review and a chance for a raise. Awesome stuff.
