I started working for Monarch right out of college and have been here for over a year now and the experience has been nothing but great! My degree had nothing to do with property management but I have already learned a great deal. Everyone has been welcoming and willing to help teach me the ins and outs of this industry. I've had the opportunity to grow as a professional and gain experiences I may have not had with any other company. Truly I am happy to work for Monarch and would urge anyone to apply. There’s always more opportunities that arise within the company and Monarch is always focused on growing their employees.

I've worked for other management companies and Monarch is one of a kind. There are infinite resources to help you succeed. I've never seen more time and effort put into developing employees than at Monarch. Opportunities for growth are abundant. There is very much an entrepreneurial spirit and fun culture.

Cons

They have had some growing pains in the past two years as they have continued to expand the business.

Monarch maintenance rover

I have been a full-time employee with monarch going on my 8th year . Started as a maintenance supervisor in the Ohio portfolio and within 2 years I was promoted to a maintenance rover . Later on when I decided to move from Ohio I was given an opportunity to relocate to Texas . I have worked with many regional managers , analyst and asset managers and all have been extremely friendly and completely accessible when needed. I hope that I will still be working for monarch in another 10 years as I have no desire to even try to find another company that would treat me as well as they have.

Cons

There have been no cons to working for monarch . Work hard , prove yourself and the sky is the limit.
