Pros

I have been with Monarch for 4 years and have genuinely enjoyed every second of it. Not only are they excellent at awarding hard work and dedication but they give you room to develop in your career. I have been promoted recently to a Regional Manager position and still have the flexibility of a work/life balance with 2 small children and 2 maternity leaves. Team approach is on all levels of management. Monarch has the secrete recipe, that's developed a culture , that no other company in the industry can compare to.

I have only worked for Monarch for about a month, but I took several months to make the difficult decision to leave my former company to come here. During that time, I analyzed every angle of the company culture and felt strongly that Monarch was the right fit for me. I can honestly say that I have never felt more at home at a new job. The people and the culture at Monarch are outstanding. People are provided all of the tools they need to be successful within this company.

Cons

Monarch has experienced incredibly rapid growth, so there is some room for improvement to make processes more efficient, but this is a top area of focus for upper management and great strides are being made.
