      Great start to a sales career

      Pros

      You can really learn a lot about yourself, staffing, and sales in your role here. Everyone is supportive of your career and development. My manager has been really understanding about sick days and vacation days since my start here.

      Cons

      The ramp-up time can be slower in the staffing industry than in traditional software or other sales roles. There is also a lot of turnover, and it's sad to see your coworkers go! Health insurance is expensive, but probably standard in this industry.

      Mondo has been a great career step for me. All managers and senior members have welcomed me with open arms and a fountain of knowledge. The work atmosphere is open, friendly, and unmatched. I highly recommend anyone looking to break into the staffing and recruiting industry to contact Mondo!

      Pros

      This job has so much to offer. This was my first job out of college and it has been extremely rewarding in so many ways. I look forward to coming into work because each day is unique and surprising. I absolutely love the energy in the office from your teammates and managers. Everyone is pushing to do their best! This job has given me the opportunity to meet with amazing people in upper level managements in different companies and it's been great for networking. Mondo has given me the ability to grow into a young professional in such a short period of time. It's a wonderful company with great people.

      Cons

      Really don't have any cons! In order to work in this business you must have a certain mentality and drive. It's high energy, constant communication and long hours. Must be a hard working, confident, people person! If you don't have these traits, I highly suggest you don't look into working here.
