      Pros

      Mondo has been a great fit for me! I enjoy coming to work every day because every day is so different. You never know who you’re going to talk to in the day or what connection you may make with you candidates. I like being a technical recruiter because I love getting on the phones and creating relationships with my candidates while also helping them with the next step in their career. I love being a part of a team but I also like being able to challenge myself to go the extra mile during the day whether it’s one more phone call, submittal, etc. Everyone in the office is great and it makes coming to work a lot of fun.

      Pros

      I've worked with other IT consulting firms in the past. Most share the same approach of treating their consultants, we're just a number. They give you a project, complete the job, and we'll see what happens next. With Mondo, the experience that I had was different. They were always there. They have in house personnel checking in on how you are doing. Through the phone and sometimes in person. They keep you in the loop of their communications with the client. They are always there when you have any issues. That sense of involvement is what separates their class from the others.

      Cons

      Its difficult to evaluate this portion when you are out remote on a job site. No such difficult time came about with my tenure.
