Pros
There is a clear path that management puts you on to lead you to great success here. Although it's not the quickest turn around, it definitely proves that patience is a virtue because there are so many young people here who kill it and become so successful. Management wants you to do well, as long as you're willing to put in the time, you will make it.
Cons
Not many, a little too competitive for my taste but staying positive is all that matters.
