      Pros

      The leadership at Mondo will go above and beyond to train and develop your talents. They value people and work to keep the good ones! There is unlimited growth and earning potential if you're willing to put the work in!

      Cons

      This is not the place for coasting and flying under the radar. If you are looking for a job where you can leave early everyday or coast by and not work hard -- Mondo is NOT for you. High standards, but worth it,

      Pros

      I have been working with Mondo for almost an year now as a Contractor. Mondo Employees maintain a very friendly yet Professional relationship with the Consultants.They make your Hiring Process very Smooth. And, they don't leave you once you are hired with a Client. Timely Payments, should you have a problem with anything, they would be helping you above & beyond within their limitations.

      Cons

      So far it was a good experience overall!
