With my current Role, ( June/ 2014 ) I will have achieved a much needed transition & Proof of ability in essentially one of my first clear management level roles. With the experience gained in this role I should be able to move into higher level Jr & Sr level Help-desk management Directed roles....with general Ease. Mondo was able to bump my rate to make an extended commute worth while..Generally Very Satisfied! Made this happen all in the same day ...approach, interview,acceptance...start date!
Cons
Traditional Field and Call Center roles are primarily Sequential, Were this form of role is very much wearing multiple hats at once... Much more challenging and exhausting...not nearly as energizing as face to face contact roles.
