      Pros

      -- Firstly the people - are friendly, personable and make people feel welcome. They create the right environment for people to succeed. --Scheduled Interview and with 3 days I was offered job from the client. They were always quick to respond to all of my inquiries and everything they promised they provided and they do care about people! -- Constant feedback. Smart people who are good to work with. Shows appreciation for performance and hard work. You get to work with some of the smartest individuals. -- Quick Response --Good job placement based upon employee skill set.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of the company, they can feel a little distant sometimes. However they make sure they visit the client site to meet consultants to make you feel part of the company.

      Mondo is great at communicating and scheduling interviews. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Great work-life balance and very welcoming to new comers.

      Cons

      Very flat hierarchy, could take more advice from non-management personell.
