Pros

The folks I met are very passionate about their work. They tried the best to handle all the administrative and trivial, little things so that I could concentrate on my daily work.

Cons

None of anything about the company

Pros

You must have high energy and be motivated to work here. If you lack energy and the "do whatever it takes" type of attitude, you will fail miserably. Of course this all depends on each location as work environment differs from one office to the next. You will meet great people here...inexperienced and experienced in the industry. Huge potential to make good $ but it all depends on your drive to always do more than what is expected.

Cons

There is no denying that in order to be successful here, it takes a LOT of hard work, the ability to take direct feedback, and complete self-motivation. But if this is considered a con, then this probably isn't the place for you.

Pros

Mondo is the kind of company where you will truly learn what you are made of. It's an ideal environment to learn exactly what it takes to be successful as an outside sales rep in a highly competitive industry. During my time at Mondo/Bluewolf, I was continually pushed out of my comfort zone and challenged to exceed expectations. This job is HARD, but so is life - if you really want to get substantial things done in a business environment this job will teach you how to have the proactive, aggressive approach to do so. The potential is there to achieve great things and the experience you'll gain working with and breaking into major accounts would be very hard to match. I can say the sales manager in Philadelphia is one of the most talented salespeople I've ever encountered, and her support and obvious investment in the success of her team was really fantastic.

Cons

This business is not easy. Competition is fierce, and there is constant pressure to produce. This drives some people to excel, but can be too much pressure for others to handle well.
